6th – 8th Grade
The Middle School students meet at 6:30 pm on Wednesday nights at the North Gwinnett High School chorus room. We have food, games, worship and a lot of fun. Our Middle School students are led by our Youth Pastor Jalen Sowell and Youth Assistant Katie Brown, with worship led by our very own Worship Pastor, Blaine Tiller. There are also adult volunteers there to help guide and lead the students. If you are a Middle School student, we would love to have you this Wednesday night!
9th – 12th Grade
The High School students of Rising Church meet every Thursday night at the North Gwinnett High School chorus room at 6:30 pm for small groups, games, worship, and an overall great time. We round it all out by heading to a local fast food restaurant. Our High School students are led by our Youth Pastor Jalen Sowell and Youth Assistant Katie Brown, with worship led by our very own Worship Pastor, Blaine Tiller. We also have an incredible team of volunteers who are the lifeblood of the ministry. Come join us this Thursday!
Adults 18 and Up
At RISING we are intentional about creating a close-knit community and it starts here. We have created the following opportunities and environments to assist you to meet people and take the next step in your faith journey. It is our goal for everyone who calls RISING Church their faith family to get involved and seek a deeper, more vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ.
Sometimes life gets hard and we need some help. We need someone to care, show up, and help relieve some of our stress in practical ways. We need you to know you are not alone. Here at RISING, we have dedicated teams committed to helping and supporting those in need through our Prayer, LIFT, and Benevolence ministries. If you are in need, we are here for you.
Learning to play together
We believe that athletics has a place in bringing people together. At Rising we work to be intergenerational and intentional with the sports we play, which includes, basketball in the winter, soccer in the summer and softball in the fall. We hope to create a first step for someone to come off the field and into our family.
